Description

This crossbar monitor desk mount is designed to support up to three 27-inch displays, creating an ergonomic multi-monitor setup that provides an extensive viewing area for productivity. A built-in handle enables moving all monitors simultaneously, while the spring-assisted arm allows multiple adjustments to suit different ergonomic needs. The spring arm enables toolless height adjustment of up to 13in (330mm) with effortless one-touch motion. The maximum arm extension is 24.8in (630mm), and the minimum arm extension is 4in (104mm). The weight capacity is 13.2lb (6kg) per VESA mount.

What are the delivery charges?

UK mainland delivery is a flat £9 (inc. VAT), with orders placed before 2:45pm dispatched for next business day delivery. Northern Ireland delivery is £15 (inc. VAT), with an estimated delivery time of 48 hours. For unusually large or heavy orders, additional charges may apply — in these cases we'll contact you before dispatch to confirm.

When will I receive my order?

We offer next business day delivery across UK mainland for orders placed before 2:45pm, and a 48-hour delivery estimate for Northern Ireland. Delivery times may occasionally vary due to courier delays — if anything changes, we'll let you know.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

We offer 14 days to return a product if it's unwanted, and 30 days if the product is faulty or damaged. To start a return, contact our team on03300 888 588orsales@wisecoms.com. We'll arrange collection of the equipment ourselves, with full instructions provided ahead of pickup. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in resaleable condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.Find out more about returns.

How can I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order at any time by contacting our team on 03300 888 588 or sales@wisecoms.com. Any amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method as quickly as possible.

Note: if you cancel after your order has already been dispatched, we'll process your refund once the returned package is received back.

How long will my refund take?

Once we receive your returned item, we'll process your refund back to your original payment method within 3–5 working days. If you'd like a credit note for your records instead, just get in touch.
