This USB-C Gen 2 10Gbps docking station turns your USB-C ® or Thunderbolt™ 3 MacBook Pro, Windows laptop, and Chromebook into a powerful workstation. A USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C dock features everything you need, from triple HDMI or DisplayPort video outputs up to 4K 60 Hz to 10Gbps USB-C & USB-A downstream peripheral ports to 85W Power Delivery.  Older USB-A laptops are supported through universal hybrid USB-C/USB-A cable included. This USB-C Gen 2 docking station with DP 1.4 and HDMI 2.0 support, is a perfect choice for dual or triple monitor setup, supporting up to triple 4K 60Hz display output, with any combination of three DisplayPort or HDMI video interfaces, on USB-C Gen 2 (with DP 1.4 support) laptops, MacBooks and Windows-based Thunderbolt 3 laptops. Older USB-A laptops will only support dual monitor setup.

What are the delivery charges?

UK mainland delivery is a flat £9 (inc. VAT), with orders placed before 2:45pm dispatched for next business day delivery. Northern Ireland delivery is £15 (inc. VAT), with an estimated delivery time of 48 hours. For unusually large or heavy orders, additional charges may apply — in these cases we'll contact you before dispatch to confirm.

When will I receive my order?

We offer next business day delivery across UK mainland for orders placed before 2:45pm, and a 48-hour delivery estimate for Northern Ireland. Delivery times may occasionally vary due to courier delays — if anything changes, we'll let you know.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

We offer 14 days to return a product if it's unwanted, and 30 days if the product is faulty or damaged. To start a return, contact our team on03300 888 588orsales@wisecoms.com. We'll arrange collection of the equipment ourselves, with full instructions provided ahead of pickup. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in resaleable condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.Find out more about returns.

How can I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order at any time by contacting our team on 03300 888 588 or sales@wisecoms.com. Any amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method as quickly as possible.

Note: if you cancel after your order has already been dispatched, we'll process your refund once the returned package is received back.

How long will my refund take?

Once we receive your returned item, we'll process your refund back to your original payment method within 3–5 working days. If you'd like a credit note for your records instead, just get in touch.
