The StarTech.com 3m Black Straight-Through DB9 RS232 Serial Cable (MXT1003MBK) is a professional-grade extension cable designed to bridge or extend the distance between RS232 serial devices. It features a straight-through pinout (1-to-1) with one male and one female DB9 connector, making it ideal for connecting computers to peripherals like modems, POS terminals, or industrial hardware. To ensure signal integrity in high-interference environments, the 3-meter cable is built with Aluminum-Mylar foil shielding and high-quality 28 AWG tinned copper wire.
