Description
The RICOH 360 Meeting Hub is a 3-in-1 video camera, speaker and microphone that connects all participants and turns a meeting into an experience. Thanks to the device's 360-degree panoramic view and voice recording, which can capture conversations from up to 6 metres away, participants feel like they are in the same place. Two devices can be linked together for larger meetings. Acoustic echo cancellation and noise suppression ensure that all participants can be heard clearly - even in locations with background noise. Without good sound and a crystal-clear view, it is difficult to hold a good meeting. That's why the 360 Meeting Hub has an integrated high-performance audio function that delivers high sound quality speaker sound and an automatic image adjustment function that displays all participants with high clarity and contrast and is also equipped with an anti-flicker function. Thanks to its lightweight, ergonomic design, it is easy to set up on any flat surface - ideal for meetings in the office. It can also be mounted on a stand to hold stand-up meetings on the factory floor or at an event. With the RICOH 360 Meeting Hub, remote meetings don't feel like remote meetings, everyone feels like they're in the same place. Set-up and operation are stress-free and seamless - intuitive plug-and-play functionality is a must.

What are the delivery charges?

UK mainland delivery is a flat £9 (inc. VAT), with orders placed before 2:45pm dispatched for next business day delivery. Northern Ireland delivery is £15 (inc. VAT), with an estimated delivery time of 48 hours. For unusually large or heavy orders, additional charges may apply — in these cases we'll contact you before dispatch to confirm.

When will I receive my order?

We offer next business day delivery across UK mainland for orders placed before 2:45pm, and a 48-hour delivery estimate for Northern Ireland. Delivery times may occasionally vary due to courier delays — if anything changes, we'll let you know.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

We offer 14 days to return a product if it's unwanted, and 30 days if the product is faulty or damaged. To start a return, contact our team on03300 888 588orsales@wisecoms.com. We'll arrange collection of the equipment ourselves, with full instructions provided ahead of pickup. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in resaleable condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.Find out more about returns.

How can I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order at any time by contacting our team on 03300 888 588 or sales@wisecoms.com. Any amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method as quickly as possible.

Note: if you cancel after your order has already been dispatched, we'll process your refund once the returned package is received back.

How long will my refund take?

Once we receive your returned item, we'll process your refund back to your original payment method within 3–5 working days. If you'd like a credit note for your records instead, just get in touch.
