Adaptors are colour-coded blue for quick identification in mixed fibre environments, and the quad layout keeps ports grouped for simple labelling and tidy patch lead dressing into cabinet management. Passive adaptor interface only with no switching or signal processing; overall performance depends on the installed fibre system, patch leads, and connector cleanliness.
