Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

We'll arrange collection of the equipment ourselves, with full instructions provided ahead of pickup. How can I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order at any time by contacting our team on 03300 888 588 or sales@wisecoms.com. Any amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method as quickly as possible.

Note: if you cancel after your order has already been dispatched, we'll process your refund once the returned package is received back.
