Description

For expanded coverage, up to three satellite speakers may be connected to the 8196 speaker sharing the 16W of available audio power.

The 8196 IP PoE+ Horn Speaker can provide significant savings when combined with one or more 1196 satellite speakers.

 Satellite speakers are connected to the 8196 in a daisy chain fashion using CAT5/CAT6 standard patch cables.

 Each 1196 Satellite Speaker attached is detected by the 8196 IP Speaker automatically and can be monitored for connectivity.

 The number of attached satellite speakers is displayed in the 8196 web GUI and also visible in the 8300 Supervision Controller, if deployed.

Identical in appearance and acoustical output to the 8196 IP speaker, the satellite speakers can provide ambient noise response based on the 8196 microphone noise detection and

 by default automatically adopt the zone and volume settings of the 8196 speaker.

What are the delivery charges?

UK mainland delivery is a flat £9 (inc. VAT), with orders placed before 2:45pm dispatched for next business day delivery. Northern Ireland delivery is £15 (inc. VAT), with an estimated delivery time of 48 hours. For unusually large or heavy orders, additional charges may apply — in these cases we'll contact you before dispatch to confirm.

When will I receive my order?

We offer next business day delivery across UK mainland for orders placed before 2:45pm, and a 48-hour delivery estimate for Northern Ireland. Delivery times may occasionally vary due to courier delays — if anything changes, we'll let you know.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

We offer 14 days to return a product if it's unwanted, and 30 days if the product is faulty or damaged. To start a return, contact our team on03300 888 588orsales@wisecoms.com. We'll arrange collection of the equipment ourselves, with full instructions provided ahead of pickup. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in resaleable condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.Find out more about returns.

How can I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order at any time by contacting our team on 03300 888 588 or sales@wisecoms.com. Any amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method as quickly as possible.

Note: if you cancel after your order has already been dispatched, we'll process your refund once the returned package is received back.

How long will my refund take?

Once we receive your returned item, we'll process your refund back to your original payment method within 3–5 working days. If you'd like a credit note for your records instead, just get in touch.
