The agent AW Series EHS - Panasonic/Grandstream (AG22-0214) is an Electronic Hook Switch (EHS) adapter designed to connect Agent wireless DECT headsets to specific Panasonic and Grandstream desk phones. It allows you to answer and end calls remotely directly from your headset, eliminating the need for a mechanical handset lifter.
