The Agent AW Series EHS adapter (AG22-0217) is a dedicated solution for Avaya 2420 and 46xx series phones, enabling seamless remote call control for wireless headsets. By eliminating the need for a mechanical handset lifter, it allows users to answer and end calls directly from their Agent AW50, AW60, AW70, or AW80 headset. This electronic hook switch connects easily to the phone's EU24/ADJ port, providing a streamlined, clutter-free setup that enhances productivity in busy office environments. To ensure full functionality, the phone must be running updated firmware, such as version 4.0 for the 2420 or 1.8 for the 46xx series.
