Connect an 8K/4K UHD DisplayPort monitor to a host computer or MST hub, using this VESA-Certified DisplayPort 2.1 DP40 Cable. This cable facilitates high bandwidth video and multi-channel audio and is ideal for 8K workstations, high performance GPUs, and dedicated AV applications including media production and content creation. For seamless operation between DisplayPort-enabled devices, the DisplayPort 2.1 Cable is VESA Certified for guaranteed DP 2.1 and backward compatibility (DP 2.0/1.4/1.2). It supports G-Sync and FreeSync, enhancing Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) performance for optimal picture quality between high-capacity GPUs and supported displays. This DisplayPort cable features a flexible TPE outer jacket that is tested to withstand 600 bending cycles at -/+60 degrees, and routes easily around corners and desk edges. Robust strain reliefs enable convenient positioning of the cable, and latching nickel-plated DP connectors attach securely to prevent accidental disconnection. The connectors are rated to operate beyond 10,000 insertions.
