Yealink combines cutting-edge hardware and software with broadband technology to achieve the best acoustic performance. Its hearing aid compatible (HAC) handset helps people with hearing loss hear sounds more clearly.

  • High Security and Compatibility: T73W adopts the latest TLS/SSL network security technology. It is widely compatible with leading soft switch vendors, such as 3CX, Broadsoft, and Broadworks. In addition, T73W supports a dual system function, which can back up your phone system in advance to avoid system crashes caused by upgrade failure, thus providing you with enterprise-level system protection. T73W supports the security center function, allowing users to decide whether to connect the phone to the device management platform/service and what private data is allowed to be reported.

  • Customizability and Scalability: T73W supports five-page turning and up to 40 programmable buttons. In addition, T73W can be cascaded to up to 3 expansion units. 234 programmable buttons effectively save operation time and achieve efficient office work.

  • Easy Installation and Deployment: You can use Yealink RPS (Redirection and Provisioning Service) and Boot mechanisms, enable fast and efficient deployment. Users do not need to manually configure and upgrade the phone. They only need to power on and connect to the Internet, and the phone will be automatically deployed, saving a lot of time and cost, and achieving true "zero-touch provisioning". In addition, Yealink T7X series IP phones all use the same firmware, which greatly simplifies management and maintenance costs and facilitates management, upgrades, and maintenance.

  • Wireless Data Transmission: Yealink T73W has a built-in Bluetooth 5.0 module, supports Bluetooth headsets, and can connect to mobile phones via Bluetooth for phone address book matching. What are the delivery charges?

UK mainland delivery is a flat £9 (inc. VAT), with orders placed before 2:45pm dispatched for next business day delivery. Northern Ireland delivery is £15 (inc. VAT), with an estimated delivery time of 48 hours. For unusually large or heavy orders, additional charges may apply — in these cases we'll contact you before dispatch to confirm.

When will I receive my order?

We offer next business day delivery across UK mainland for orders placed before 2:45pm, and a 48-hour delivery estimate for Northern Ireland. Delivery times may occasionally vary due to courier delays — if anything changes, we'll let you know.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

We offer 14 days to return a product if it's unwanted, and 30 days if the product is faulty or damaged. To start a return, contact our team on03300 888 588orsales@wisecoms.com. We'll arrange collection of the equipment ourselves, with full instructions provided ahead of pickup. Products must be returned in their original packaging and in resaleable condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.Find out more about returns.

How can I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order at any time by contacting our team on 03300 888 588 or sales@wisecoms.com. Any amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method as quickly as possible.

Note: if you cancel after your order has already been dispatched, we'll process your refund once the returned package is received back.

How long will my refund take?

Once we receive your returned item, we'll process your refund back to your original payment method within 3–5 working days. If you'd like a credit note for your records instead, just get in touch.
