The Ubiquiti UniFi Switch Flex (USW-FLEX) is engineered to provide versatile Layer 2 switching and PoE distribution in compact network environments where traditional rack switches are impractical. Featuring five Gigabit Ethernet ports, the switch includes one PoE++ input port and four PoE+ output ports capable of powering access points, IP cameras, VoIP phones, and other PoE-enabled devices. Its weather-resistant construction and flexible mounting options make it suitable for indoor, outdoor, wall, ceiling, pole, and utility enclosure installations. The switch delivers up to 46W total PoE output when powered by a compatible PoE++ source or 60W adapter. Managed through the UniFi Network Controller, it supports VLANs, port isolation, traffic monitoring, and Layer 2 switching features for professional deployments. The passive cooling design ensures silent operation while maintaining reliability in demanding environments.
