Keep your digital signage looking its best in any lighting with the Philips CRD41/00 ambient light sensor. It connects to a compatible Philips commercial display and continuously measures the light around the screen, then automatically adjusts brightness to suit: brighter in strong daylight so content stays clear and readable, and dimmer in the evening or in darker spaces so the screen isn’t glaring.
That automatic adjustment also helps reduce energy use and running costs, since the display only uses as much brightness as it needs. Over time, lower brightness levels can also help extend the life of the screen. It’s ideal for displays in shop windows, receptions, transport hubs, restaurants and other spaces where light levels change throughout the day.
