Overview

The Poly APP-51 EHS Adapter is an Electronic Hook Switch (EHS) cable designed to connect compatible Polycom/Poly desk phones to supported wireless headset bases, allowing users to remotely answer and end calls directly from their headset without touching the phone handset.

This cable replaces the older APP-50 model and eliminates the need for a physical handset lifter device (HL10), simplifying desk setups and improving productivity in office and call-centre environments.
