Overview
The EPOS USB‑ED CC01 MS USB Adapter (also called USB‑ED CC 01 MS) is a specialised interface cable designed to connect compatible EPOS headsets with Easy Disconnect (ED) plugs to a computer via USB‑A, enabling digital audio and call control for softphones like Microsoft Teams or Skype for Business.
It allows contact centres and offices to reuse existing headset hardware while adding PC connectivity, simplifying deployment and improving headset flexibility.
