The EPOS CEHS-AV 04 is an Electronic Hook Switch (EHS) cable connecting EPOS/Sennheiser wireless headsets (like SDW, DW, SD, D 10 series) to compatible Avaya desk phones (14xx, 94xx, 95xx, 96x1, J series), enabling remote call management (answering, ending, ring detection) directly from the headset, enhancing flexibility for users away from their desk by electronically controlling the phone's hook.
