The Agent EHS 550 Adapter - Aastra 'A' (Part Number: AG22-0154) is an Electronic Hook Switch (EHS) that allows you to remotely answer and end calls on Aastra deskphones using Agent W860 or W880 wireless DECT headsets. It eliminates the need for a mechanical handset lifter by providing a digital connection for call control.
